Summary: Tell me, is that genuine Muppet fur? Oh Tezza Nation, how we’ve missed your wacky Dalek hi-jinks. Once again the Doctor finds himself uniting with the Thals against the Daleks and once again a Thal takes a liking to the Doctor’s companion. No snogging this time, though. The Daleks are trying to perfect invisibility but after a molten ice volcano (nope, don’t know either) destroys their fleet they are left shaking their fists (plungers?) at a departing TARDIS.
Watch it because: It’s a nice bit of continuity from the show’s earliest days.
I'm a 40-something scientist. I'm a big fangirl of most sci-fi, especially Doctor Who. I started watching in the early 80s when it was on PBS here in the US. Started again with the new series around 2006, stuck with that as much as I could and then got really into the Classic series again around 2014. I like to create art and write fanfiction. I'm also into Stargate, Mystery Science Theater 3000 and a few others, but I'll be blogging about Doctor Who here. I have a Tumblr blog of the same name but lately they've been wrongly flagging my photo posts as "adult content", so I decided to back up/move my blog to WordPress. I've backed up all my Tumblr posts and although my Tumblr blog is still active, I'll probably post here more often.
